Terms & content policy
Plain rules, short version. By buying a plot you agree to them.
1. What you buy
A plot is advertising space on the Million Dollar Homepage board: a rectangle of pixels showing your image, title and link. It is not a security, share, token or investment, and it gives no right to revenue.
Price is $1 per pixel, paid in the $1M token on Ethereum mainnet at the live market price shown at checkout. Payments go directly to the project wallet 0x38B2A070FE4A34d44a8AB4358a9ba1C8bB9450a2.
2. Payments are final
Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. A plot goes live only after the transaction is confirmed onchain and matches the order.
If you paid but your plot did not appear, or the area was claimed by someone else first, contact us on Telegram with your transaction hash.
3. Content policy
Uploaded images are reviewed before they are shown. Until approval, a plot shows its average color.
Not allowed: illegal content, sexual or explicit material, violence or gore, hate speech, harassment, malware, phishing or scam links, impersonation, content that infringes someone else's rights, and links to wallet drainers or fake token contracts.
Content that breaks these rules is hidden or rejected without refund. The space stays reserved for the buyer, who may submit new compliant content through Telegram.
4. Links
Links point to third-party websites we do not control. Visit them at your own risk. Never connect your wallet to a site you do not trust.
5. Availability
We intend to keep the board online for the long term. Payments and plots are recorded onchain, so the transaction proving every claim stays public forever.
6. The $1M token
$1M is a memecoin with no intrinsic value and no expectation of financial return. Only trust the contract address published on this site, on X (@1Mdollarhome) and in the official Telegram.
7. Not affiliated
This is an independent tribute and is not affiliated with the original Million Dollar Homepage (2005) or its creator.
8. Report content
To report a plot, message the official Telegram with the plot link. We review reports quickly.
